In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at [email protected] with your order name and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case by case basis, and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Shipping Policy
We ship throughout New Zealand
To collect from our studio in Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand, use the code COLLECT to take away shipping charges and send me a message at [email protected] after purchasing. We can set up a time that works for us both for you to swing by for pickup. Please allow at least 24hrs for packing of your order and plan to pick up within 7 days of purchase.
Order Tracking
We will update your order with any tracking information provided.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and volume of the items, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Shipping costs are not refundable.
